Calling all dog-lovers, come and join the Paws Charity Dog Show! A fantastic day out for families and four-legged friends….
Paws Charity Dog Show is in aid of Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance and the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust. Held amid the splendid grounds of Rainscombe Park at Oare, near Marlborough, on Sunday, 13th September, from 10am- 4 pm,this charity day promises something for everyone.
What’s on?
There is K9 Aqua Sports, the exciting Aqua Sport of dog diving, all about having fun with your canine friend; any breed, size and ability (over 6 months) can come and join in the fun.
Watch the incredible Paws For Thought Dog Display Team, who will be showing off their agility and intelligence with tricks and fun races. There will even be plenty of chances for the audience to get involved – if they are brave enough! There will be an opportunity to join the team in some ‘Have-a-go’ Flyball.
Wessex K9 Dancers have a variety of amazing dogs ranging from Starters to Advanced dogs. They will be dancing with their lovely owners who have demonstrated Heelwork to Music and competed at Crufts.
Every dog will have its day in the 12 Fun Family Dog Show classes that are open to all dogs six months and over. Why not show off your beloved pet in the Waggiest Tail competition or Dog The Judge Most Wants To Take Home and be in with a chance of a rosette and goodie bag?!
Entries to Paws Charity Dog Show
Entries open 10.15am, with the first class commencing at 11.00am.
Throughout the day, there is also the chance to work with your dog in this fun environment, including ‘have-a-go’ sessions in agility, heelwork to music, and perhaps the most challenging ‘Temptation Alley’.
As well as all the fun and competition for your furry friend, they will have a children’s activity section with lots to do.
